  * Switch to debhelper 7:
    - debian/rules: use rules.tiny
    - debian/control: drop cdbs b-d and b-d on debhelper (>= 7)
    - debian/compat: bump to 7.
  * debian/control:
    - add an Uploaders field
    - bump Standards-Version to 3.8.0
    - set Section to libs
    - set Priority to optional
    - move the Homepage to its own field
    - switch from XS-X-Vcs-* fields to Vcs-*.
  * debian/docs: add README.
